A friend of mine fronted Don Roland the money for a flawed, unfinished product she never received. He refused to compensate her with an equtable product and tried to rip her off in offering a lesser valued product in exchange. She sent him an e-mail and he responded using unrepeatable epeletives that I would not say in front of my wife, kids, or other females. I feel he is NOT a professional businessman, no matter how long he has been in business. I would never deal with a person such as this! BTW, she did not get her money back, but he shipped her the damaged, useless piece of leather he never completed!
