DDGS is by-product of alcohol manufacturer. Upon fermenting and extracting its carbohydrate content in grain, it will leave its solids and processed further called DDGS. So that the protein and fat content in the grain will leave over in DDGS, which could reach around 27% and 10% respectively. Thus DDGS is a good additional source of energy beyond its protein content in the milk production. On top of that DDGS also has relatively high on Phosphor which is important in milk production.
