Price: USD56 mtn FOB MV Irrevocable-Non Transferable at Sight 100% DLC from Prime bank

Product Quantity: 50, 000 mt per month x 12 months following successful trial shipment

Performance Bond: None. The miner has a good sale record for delivery to Mother Vessel

Shipping: Geared and grabbed MV or gearless with floating crane by buyer

Testing: SGS/ CCIC/ SUCOFINDO or other mutually approved agency

Port of loading: Kalimantan Indonesia

Barge trans-shipment from jetty to MV, 8, 000 mt per day from e geared MV

Port of Discharge: Indonesia

Price Guarantee: Price held firm for 3 months ( excluding government increases in taxes)

Delivery Schedule: According to mutual agreement from August 2011 ( subject to open financial instrument)
