Specification

Terms of supporting the establishment of PT:

1. Copy of ID card of the founders, at least two people.
2. Copy of TIN Personal KK and responsible person / Director
3. Copy of the United Nations last place of business / office, if the property itself, a copy of the Contract Letters if the status of the contract office.
4. Domicile Certificate from the Building manager, if located in Building
5. Offices in the Region Office or commercial designation, or not in specific residential areas in Jakarta
6. Photo Phas charge / Director of size 3x4 = 2 lbr berwarn
7. Name PT ( alternative minimum two names)
8. Position and business sectors
9. Total Authorized and paid up capital
10. Share Composition
11. Boards of Directors and Commissioners

Documents are taken care package:

1. Deed Establishment
2. Company Domicile
3. Company tax ID
4. Business Licenses Perdaganagan ( SIUP)
5. Ratification of the Ministry of Justice ( Justice SK)
6. Company Registration ( TDP)

Long process of 40 working days

In Article 8 UUPT budget includes the establishment of PT and details such as:

1. Full name, place and date of birth, occupation, residence, nationality and founder;
2. The composition, full name, place and date of birth, occupation, residence,
and nationality of the Directors and Commissioners who first appointed; and
3. Name of shareholders who have taken part in shares, the details of the number of shares, and the value of the nomination or the contracted value of shares already issued and paid at the time pendiran.
4. For the articles of association contain:
a. name and the domicile of the company;
b. aims and objectives as well as companies whose business activities in accordance with legislation and regulations;
c. the founding period of the company;
d. large number of authorized, issued and paid-up capital,
e. number of shares, the number of shares if there is the following classification of the number of shares for each classification, the rights attached to any shares, and the par value per share;
f. composition, quantity, and a member of the Board of Directors and Commissioners;
5. Determination of the place and procedures of the GMS;
6. Procedures for the election, appointment, replacement, and dismissal of Directors and Commissioners, the procedures for the use and distribution of dividends and profits of other provisions by the Company Law.
7. Ratification of the Minister of Justice
Deed have been made earlier had to get approval from the Minister of Justice to obtain status as a legal entity. In Article 9 the Company Law mentioned the Minister of Justice shall give approval within a period of 60 ( sixty) days after receipt of request for approval of PT, complete with attachments-attachments. If the petition is denied, the Minister of Justice informed the applicant in writing along with reasons within 60 ( sixty) day.
8. Compulsory registration
Deed of Establishment of PT is accompanied SK Anggara approval from the Minister of Justice and shall be registered in the list of companies at the latest 30 ( thirty) days after the date of approval of PT or the date of receipt of the report.

9. The announcement in the State Gazette If registration has been carried out in the list of companies, directors of the company applying for an announcement in the State Gazette at the latest within 30 ( thirty) days from such registration.
Establishment of PT has been completed by doing the announcement.
