Limited Stay Permit is the license given to a stranger a Temporary Resident Permit holders. According to article 31 PP. 32 Year 1994 on Visa, Admission Permits, and Immigration Permits ( " PP. 32/ 1994" ) , own a Limited Stay Permit is one type of immigration permits granted to foreigners to stay in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia within a limited time . II. Permanent Stay Permit ( KITAP / iTAP)

Permanent Stay Permit may be granted to foreigners Limited Stay Visa holders and foreigners Limited Visa holders who have lived in Indonesia for at least five consecutive years commencing from the date of a Limited Stay Permit. So, Permanent Stay Permit obtained as over the status of limited stay permit. Rather diversion status can be provided upon request for a foreigner in question.

Permanent Stay Permit granted by the Director General of Immigration on behalf of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights. Application is filed by the Head of Immigration Office, by filling out the form and attach the following documents:
