Permit Extension Principle Capital Investment is a license that is used to expand the investment activities. This permit is required investors to increase production capacity that exceeds the capacity of investment projects which have been specified by the letter of Permission Principle owned. This permit is only required by an investor who will enjoy the facilities at the business that is allowing fiscal facility.

1. Copy of business license from the BKPM
2. Copy of ID card / Passport of Directors, domicile, the Company Tax Registration, TIN Director, TDP
3. Copy of Deed of Establishment and the changes that passed the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights;
4. Description description of the plan production process along with the needs of raw materials and diagrams of water ( flow chart) . Also accompanied by a description information service sector business plans;
5. Permit Record Principle or amendments;
6. The deal changes the composition of foreign stocks and Indonesia in the recording of the Minutes of AGM ( Circular Decree) signed by all shareholders. Minutes should have been recorded ( waarmerking) by the Notary. In addition to GSM Proceedings may also be included recordings of Statement of Meeting / Minutes of Meeting in the form of Deed ( in accordance with Law No. 40/ 2007) which are equipped with self-evidence of new shareholders. Then also attach a chronological document of company' s capital investment, since companies stand up to the last request. All attachment document just submitted by the companies that make a change of company' s capital investments ( resulting in changes in the percentage of foreign and Indonesian shares or changes in name and origin countries shareholder) ;
