Permission Principle Investment Amendment is a license to amend regulations that have been arranged in principle or letter Permit Permit Extension Principle owned company. . Documents to be furnished in the form:

If not, can also attach a statement recording the Minutes of Meeting or Meeting in the form of Deed ( in accordance with article 21, and Chapter VI, Act No. 40 of 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company) equipped with self-evidence of a new shareholder. Another document required is chronological capital investments in the company since founding the company until the last request. As for a public company ( PT) , must be equipped with the requirements as stipulated in the Capital Market regulations;
5. To change the project completion period shall be provided with reasons for the change in question;
6. LKPM ( Capital Investment Activity Report) last period;
7. Copy of ID card / Passport of Directors, domicile, the Company Tax Registration, TIN Director, TDP
