The company manufactures Polyester ( PET) , Polypropylene ( OPP) films and POY. It has a highly skilled and efficient work force coupled with access to World Class Technology through its French subsidiary Rexor S.A.S. JPFL is Indiaâ s largest producer of PET films and is soon poised to become Indiaâ s largest producer of BOPP films.
PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES:
PET FILMS from DORNIER lines - 4 lines including two 8.7 mtrs. wide lines ( World' s widest PET films line)
Capacity â 86000 MT/ year
Thickness range - 12 microns to 350 microns
Product range - Untreated, Corona treated, Chemically coated, Opaue White, Matt, Hazy, Ultra Clear, Balanced shrinkage film.
BOPP FILMS from BRUCKNER line - 2 lines
Capacity - 45000 MT/ year.
Thickness range â 10 microns to 40 microns
Product range - Glossy, Matt, Opaque White, Co-ex, Pearlised, Metallisable.
METALLISERS - 2 Metallisers of lines 2.45 meters width.
Capacity - 12000 Tonnes/ year.
Both the metallizers are equipped with plasma treatment facility, amongst the first in India, to increase the shelf life & barrier properties and are capable of delivering pinhole free metallizing for the metallic yarn segment.
