A. Coal Preparation Plant â € “ Operation / Processing

- Evaluate & improve operational or processing management system.
- Plant Utilization improvement.
- Coal stockpile management.
- Coal handling management.
- Production report & KPI.
- CPP Training program for development of the operator.
- Provide operation or processing team ( staff & operator)

B. Coal Preparation Plant â € “ Maintenance

- Evaluate & improve maintenance management system.
- Plant Availability improvement.
- Plant condition monitoring.
- Plant Preventive maintenance strategy.
- Planning, scheduling, & KPI Reporting.
- Plant Critical parts inventory.
- Plant shutdown arrangement.
- Plant design upgrading.
- Provide maintenance team ( staff, mechanics & electrician) .
