DEAERATION
Feed water deaeration is an essential process in steam boiler system design Dissolved air in water, especially the oxygen and carbon dioxide gases, is very corrosive to boiler system carbon metal. To preserve boiler system metal, the dissolved gasses must be removed via deaeration and / or the boiler water must be chemically treated to render the gasses harmless.

We had designed a Deaerator tank that does just that. It provides > 99% protection frm corrosion at a reasonable cost, and deaeration to 0.005 cc/ liter.
