Yaskawa Bestact dustproof and flood-tight proximity switches offer the ability of industry-compatible mounting with IP52-IP68 ( NEMA ~ 2-6) enclosure ratings.

This switch uses Yaskawa Bestact famous in the world of logic and inductive rated ( 0.5 & 0.125HP) reed switches. General locations up to 510 ° F ( 265 ° C) and sensing distances up to 4.33 ( 110mm) is possible.

They do not require DC power supply or snubber device Varistor / guardian and not strengthen the complicated circuitry required to use proximity switches photo-electric/ inductive.

They are ideal for corrosive, dirty temperatures, extreme gas and a Class I, Division 2 hazardous location environments where failure is not tolerable and reduce maintenance costs of the most important.
